Welcome Debbie Flinn to Board service

Debbie Flinn joins the Foundation board and is ready to bring her deep community commitment, professional expertise, and decades of service to the mission of strengthening South Lake County. A lifelong Central Florida native who has called Minneola home for more than thirty years, Debbie has served on the Minneola City Council since 2020 and currently serves as vice chair of the Community Redevelopment Agency.  She is a proud graduate of the National Society of Leadership and Success and works as a Life Safety Specialist at Orlando Health, where she supports safe, high-quality environments for patients and staff. Debbie’s passion for community extends to her involvement with several local nonprofit and civic organizations, including her role as an Ambassador for the South Lake Chamber of Commerce (CONFIRM THIS…) and her membership in both the South Lake Elks Lodge and the Daughters of the American Revolution. With her strong roots, leadership experience, and genuine dedication to service, Debbie is excited to support the Foundation’s work and help foster a thriving, connected South Lake community.
